We are looking for candidates with strong Order Management Skill.

Role & responsibilities
- Validate and process Sales Orders, Credit Memos, Stock Rotation RMAs, Incorrect Shipment RMAs, Credit & Rebills, and Service Contracts
- Check VMI, OEM & Parent inventory and ATP availability
- Coordinate Drop Ship / Direct Ship requirements
- Generate invoices and track package movement until delivery
- Provide support and coordination to customers and internal stakeholders
- Update CRM with order information and process orders within defined timelines
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives to clarify and resolve order-related issues
- Maintain daily order & backlog status reports
