About the Role

Negocis Cosmo is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive – B2A (Business-to Academy) to join our team. The role will focus on acquiring and developing business relationships with academies, coaching centres, training institutes, educational organisations, and other institutions within the education sector.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, strong lead-generation and closing skills, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle. Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory. Hindi language skills will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the academy and education sector.
- Research and identify potential academies, coaching centres, training institutes, and educational organisations.
- Connect with academy owners,



founders, directors, management teams, and key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand the prospective client's requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations as required.
- Handle client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, proposals, conversions, and revenue.
