Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented Inbound Telecallers to join our team at Benaka Gold Company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for gold buying and pledged gold release services. Your primary focus will be understanding customer needs, explaining our evaluation process clearly, and guiding them to our nearest branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Inquiries: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally from customers inquiring about our services.
- Identify Customer Requirements: Determine whether the caller wants to sell gold directly or needs assistance to release pledged gold from banks, NBFCs, or pawnbrokers.
- Service Explanation: Clearly explain how our gold evaluation, transparent pricing, and pledged gold release process work.
- Lead Conversion & Branch Routing:



Guide interested callers to the nearest branch location and schedule appointments or walk-in visits.
- Data Management: Log customer interaction details, branch preferences, and inquiry status accurately in the CRM/database.
- Follow-up: Coordinate with branch teams and perform scheduled follow-up calls if requested by the customer.

Candidate Requirements
- Languages Known: Fluency in Kannada along with at least one or more of the following: Telugu, Hindi, English.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in customer support, inbound calling, or tele-advisory (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Clear voice, polite telephone etiquette, active listening, and robust convincing skills.
- Work Arrangement: 100% on-site / Work from Office.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
