We are looking for a Asst. Manager- Channel Sales to develop and expand our partner network across Delhi NCR Region. The role will focus on identifying and onboarding recent dealers, resellers, AV integrators and IT channel partners, developing business through existing partners, and achieving assigned revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AV/IT channel sales, with a strong understanding of dealer/reseller networks and partner-driven business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new AV dealers, resellers, system integrators and IT channel partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Generate business through the channel and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build a healthy channel sales pipeline sufficient to support the ₹3 Crore annual target.
- Regularly visit and engage with channel partners to understand their business requirements and opportunities.
- Introduce partners to company products, solutions, pricing and commercial programs.
- Conduct product presentations,



demos and partner training sessions.
- Generate and track opportunities through channel partners and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support partners in developing opportunities and converting them into orders.
- Identify new markets, territories and potential channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
- Maintain accurate partner and opportunity information in the CRM.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports and channel performance reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for product availability, pricing, schemes and partner support.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in AV / IT channel sales will be strongly preferred.
