Job Purpose

To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations

Major Accountabilities
- Establishing and supervising site execution compliance activities.
- Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
- Evaluation of Construction Material, design mixes & overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
- Will also be responsible for Quantity surveying, MB filling, ensuring EHS compliances etc.
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Day-to-day management of the site,



including supervising and monitoring the site staff and the work of any subcontractors.
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Ensure timely documentation and scrutiny of the same.
- Executing the work as per architectural drawings.
- Valuable experience of Managing project with respect to Time/cost/Quality parameters.

- 100% accuracy in the reports prepared.
- Timely availability and presentability of data.
- Adherence to timelines.
- Budget adherence.

Education :
- Preferably diploma/ B.E (Civil)

Experience:
- 08 + years experience preferably in Real Estate sector
