Role Purpose

The Head of Maintenance will be responsible for leading the complete maintenance function for the company’s
electric bus and electric truck fleet
,



ensuring high fleet availability, reliability, safety, cost efficiency and optimal vehicle performance.

The role will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance, technical diagnostics, workshop operations, OEM coordination, spare-parts management, maintenance planning, warranty management and development of a robust EV maintenance strategy across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. EV Fleet Maintenance
- Lead maintenance operations for
electric buses and electric trucks
across all operating locations.
- Ensure maximum fleet availability and minimum vehicle downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor vehicle health, recurring failures and maintenance trends.
- Establish maintenance standards and SOPs for different EV platforms.
