Must Have :
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HP non-stop administration
- Hardware knowledge on large scale of HP NonStop Itanium Blade systems, NonStop X, and vNonStop infrastructures
- Ability to work with external Vendors such as HPE to coordinate Hardware Replacements and to troubleshoot issues.
- Working proficiency in Incident/Problem/Change management process and procedures
- Able to troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents
- Ability to host/participate in bridge calls and communicate effectively to large group of individuals at all levels.
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends, automation tools and best practices
- Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with solid ownership, collaboration & communication skills
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
