Job Description
This is not your average recruitment management role. You will be leading a large, talented team of recruitment specialists,



owning the delivery of high-volume hiring across some of the most ambitious construction supervision projects in the Middle East. You will be the driving force behind a function that is critical to project success and you will have the autonomy, support, and resources to do it your way.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading Your Team
- Manage, coach, and inspire a large team of senior recruitment specialists
- Drive individual and team performance through transparent KPIs, regular reviews, and a culture of accountability
- Develop your team's capabilities, creating clear pathways for growth and progression
- Oversee workload distribution to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all requisitions

Owning Recruitment Delivery
- Take full ownership of end-to-end high-volum
