KP Architect is looking for a Junior Architect – Finishing & Execution to join our project team in Lucknow. The role involves supporting the execution and supervision of high-rise residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on architectural finishing and site coordination.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at construction sites, reading architectural drawings, coordinating with contractors, and monitoring finishing work as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor architectural finishing and execution work at project sites.
- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, engineers, and site teams.
- Monitor flooring, false ceiling, painting, doors, windows, wall finishes, fixtures, and other architectural works.
- Review architectural drawings and coordinate with the site team for execution.
- Identify site discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain work-progress records.
- Check quality, dimensions, levels, alignment, and finishing standards.
- Assist in site measurements, quantity checks, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress updates and reports.
- Follow up on pending works and ensure timely completion.
- Assist senior architects and project managers with project coordination and execution.
- Ensure the final execution matches the approved design intent.

Requirements
- B.Arch. / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in architecture, site execution, or finishing works.
- Freshers with relevant site/internship exposure may also apply.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
