The Recruiter will join our team in India. This person must be confident and willing to jump into a fast - paced and ambitious environment, where they will be given the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of various initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, identifying, and engaging IT candidates in CANADA through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
- Screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates' technical skills and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team culture to effectively match candidates.
