Role & responsibilities
- Purely fieldbased sales role
- Lead generation through cold calling, doortodoor meetings, and sales activities
- Meeting customers personally and explaining product offerings
- Regular followups to convert leads into confirmed sales
- Customer onboarding and assistance with product activation
- Achieving assigned monthly sales targets
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Telecom preferred)
- Education: Minimum 10th Standard / Diploma
- Skill Set:
- Field sales / Direct sales experience
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Targetdriven and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline handling
