Sales Executive – Web Services

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team and help businesses understand the value of having a professional website and digital presence.

Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their business requirements, explain our web services, build trust, and convert interested prospects into paying customers.

You don't need to be a developer. You should be able to communicate clearly, understand customer needs, and confidently explain how our services can help their business grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Identify businesses that can benefit from professional website and digital services.
- Understand the customer's business, requirements, budget, and goals.
- Explain our website design and development services in a easy and convincing manner.
- Present the benefits of having a professional, mobile-friendly, fast, and modern website.




- Demonstrate how a website can help businesses build credibility, generate leads, reach more customers, and grow online.
- Prepare and share service details, quotations, and proposals with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Negotiate with customers and help move qualified leads toward a purchase decision.
- Coordinate with the development/design team to understand project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
