oles and Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor safety protocols as per statutory and organizational standards at construction sites.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.

Organize toolbox talks, safety drills, and training programs for workers and staff.

Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enforce safety rules across the site.

Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records as per government regulations.

Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain a secure working environment.

Key Skills:

Good knowledge of construction safety (especially in Industrial Project)

Risk assessment and mitigation

Incident investigation and report preparation

Fire safety, working at heights, scaffolding, and electrical safety awareness

Preferred Certifications:

NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety

First Aid, Fire & Rescue Training (added advantage)
