Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Manage end-to-end accounting, including ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closures.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS, and reports for management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory compliance, and internal controls.

Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify variances.
- Provide financial insights to support business strategy.

Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for compliance purposes.

Treasury & Cash Management
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize fund utilization.
- Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, loans, and payments.
- Manage receivables and payables to maintain liquidity.

Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team.
- Ensure timely completion of finance tasks with accuracy.





Strategic Support
- Provide financial guidance to business units.
- Evaluate project feasibility and financial viability.
- Support Finance Head / CFO in decision-making and long-term planning.

Required Qualifications
- Qualified CA required only
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, insulation, or project-based industries preferred.
- Solid knowledge of taxation, banking, audits, and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems SAP, Tally, and MS Excel.
