Job Description – TGT, PGT & Academic Coordinator1. TGT – Trained Graduate Teacher

Subjects: Mathematics, Science, English and other subjects as required

Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned subjects to students according to the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities and assessments.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Check notebooks, assignments and student performance regularly.
- Provide individual support to students who need extra help.
- Participate in school activities, meetings and parent-teacher interactions.
- Maintain proper academic records and communicate student progress to parents.

Requirements
- Graduation in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
- Relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with good subject knowledge may also apply.

2. PGT – Post Graduate Teacher

Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and other senior secondary subjects

Key Responsibilities




- Teach Classes XI–XII according to CBSE/board curriculum.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and subject-specific teaching material.
- Conduct tests, practicals and regular assessments.
- Guide students for board examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
- Monitor academic performance and provide additional support to students.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments and academic progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, school events and parent interactions.

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Previous PGT/senior secondary teaching experience preferred.
- Experience with CBSE curriculum will be an advantage.

3. Academic CoordinatorKey Responsibilities
- Coordinate the academic activities of the school.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum implementation and classroom practices.
