We are looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow our key client accounts. You will act as the "face of the firm," working closely with clients to understand their hiring goals and coordinating with our internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent. Your goal is to build long-term partnerships, ensure high fulfillment rates, and identify recent business opportunities within your existing portfolio

.Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for HR leaders and hiring managers. Conduct regular status calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Requirement Gathering: Deep-dive into current job orders to understand technical needs, cultural fit, and budget constraints. Translate these into actionable briefings for the recruitment team.
- Internal Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with the sourcing/delivery team to prioritize roles, monitor the candidate pipeline, and ensure submissions meet the client's quality bar.
- Revenue Growth (Account Mining):



Identify opportunities to expand our services into other departments or geographic regions within the clients organization.
- Offer Management: Oversee the final stages of the recruitment process, including salary negotiations, closing candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively manage any service delivery gaps, candidate drop-outs, or billing disputes to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
