Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and sales.
- Lead and supervise the store team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and product selection.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Maintain jewellery and gemstone inventory.
- Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage stock movement, reconciliation, and documentation.

Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in jewellery.




- Robust customer handling and communication skills.
- Experience in sales and target achievement.
- Good knowledge of inventory and store operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and POS systems.
- Knowledge of gemstones/jewellery will be an added advantage.
