Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales / Business Development Executive to drive business growth for an interior design company. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, or home décor industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and corporate customers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design team to propose suitable interior solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and product/service demonstrations.
- Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into confirmed projects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations in coordination with the internal team.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and project requirements with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain a solid sales pipeline and update CRM/customer records.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with Design, Project Execution, Procurement, and Accounts teams for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure excellent customer service and develop opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Commerce, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Furniture, or Home Décor.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
