- Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing through job portals and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Generate leads and connect with hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
- Maintain candidate/client data and follow up regularly.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and sales targets.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sales.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Languages: English and Hindi mandatory.
