- Contact prospective and existing customers using the company-provided database.
- Introduce the company, its products and services professionally.
- Understand customers’ current and upcoming requirements.
- Generate customer interest and schedule confirmed meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
- Confirm customer appointments before the scheduled meeting time.
- Share complete customer and meeting details with the assigned sales representative.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations and concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, meetings and customer responses.
- Update the CRM or customer tracking sheet daily.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
