Preferred Profile
- Strong hands-on experience in UKG HCM configuration.
- Experience participating in configuration workshops and design discussions.
- Positive understanding of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting processes.
- Experience working across multiple UKG HCM modules is preferred.
- Strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional and technical HCM teams.
