Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused In-House Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers at our showroom, understand their tile and interior requirements, and assist them in selecting suitable products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

2. Explain product features, designs, sizes, pricing and applications.

3. Recommend suitable tiles based on customer needs and budget.

4. Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.

5. Maintain customer records and coordinate with billing/dispatch teams.

6. Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

1. Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Prior experience in showroom, retail or tile/sanitary/interior sales preferred.

3. Customer-oriented, confident and presentable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
