AI Video Producer

We are hiring an AI Video Producer to turn completed scripts into polished short-form videos. You will work primarily in *Grok*, translating each script into precise prompts, generating every shot, maintaining continuity, and editing the final clips together.

Responsibilities

* Use Grok as the primary AI video-generation platform.

* Convert scripts into detailed prompts specifying characters, dialogue, actions, settings, camera angles, lighting, mood, and timing.

* Follow the script *extremely tightly*. Do not rewrite dialogue, improvise actions, add scenes, omit details, or make unapproved creative changes.

* Maintain strict continuity across shots, including faces, clothing, hairstyles, props, environments, lighting, eyelines, character positions, and movement.

* Regenerate clips until they accurately match the script and connect naturally with adjacent shots.

* Edit all generated clips into coherent, polished videos with strong pacing and seamless transitions.

* Add and synchronize dialogue, music, sound effects,



captions, and other required audio.

* Identify and correct visual artifacts, continuity errors, lip-sync issues, and deviations from the script.

* Maintain organized prompt logs, character references, shot lists, source files, and project versions.

* Deliver finished videos in the required aspect ratios and platform-ready formats.

Requirements

* Strong experience creating AI-generated video, preferably using Grok.

* Proficiency with any professional video-editing software of your choice.

* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

* Robust understanding of shot composition, pacing, continuity, and visual storytelling.

* Ability to produce consistent characters and environments across multiple generated shots.

* Reliable, responsive, and comfortable iterating until every scene matches the approved script.
