ROLE SUMMARY

The Subject Matter Expert Trainer is the lead technical faculty for Foxscan's four-section training program — Why Structures Fail, How Structures Fail, Impacts of Building Failures, and Solutions (Inspection, Diagnosis & Repair) — delivered to civil engineering students and aspirant contractors. This role owns end-to-end training delivery, technical accuracy of course content, hands-on diagnostic tool instruction, and mentoring of the Fresher Trainer, and represents Foxscan's technical credibility to trainees, clients and industry partners. Beyond training delivery, the role is also responsible for identifying trainee talent suitable for Foxscan's own Site Engineer roles, and for converting industry stakeholders met through training into subscribers of the Foxscan platform to build recurring business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Independently design, curate and deliver all four sections of the training program, referencing applicable IS Codes, ASTM/ACI/BS standards and established building-pathology literature.





Lead classroom and in office sessions covering causes and mechanisms of structural and waterproofing failure, their financial/safety/health/legal impacts, and repair & rehabilitation solutions.

Conduct hands-on training on diagnostic and non-destructive testing tools — rebound hammer, ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV), cover meter, half-cell potential, moisture meters and similar equipment.

Lead training on the Foxscan AI diagnosis platform, ensuring trainees can apply it confidently in real assessment scenarios.

Mentor, brief and supervise the Fresher Trainer(s) for each weekend batch, ensuring consistent quality of delivery.

Design and administer the end-of-program evaluation test; certify trainee readiness for certificate distribution.

Continuously update training content with current case studies, code revisions and repair-industry best practices.
