Job Description For Store Executive

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive to oversee our store and warehouse operations for compressor spare parts. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, handle billing, ensure timely dispatch, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage store and warehouse operations for compressor spare parts

* Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock, and minimize losses

* Handle billing, invoicing, and record-keeping via Tally Prime

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

* Coordinate with Sales, Service and logistics for timely deliveries

* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

* Payment follow-ups and maintain the records in excel

* Quotation Preparation and Quotation Sharing

* Maintain Inwards, Outwards and freight records in Excel

Requirements

* 1-4 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in industrial equipment or spare parts

* Proficiency in Tally Prime, billing software, and inventory/logistics management systems

* Robust leadership, numerical, and communication skills
