Role & responsibilities
- Run Equipment : Start and run machines using approved step-by-step instructions (SOPs).
- Weigh and Mix: Load correct amounts of raw materials into granulation or blending units.
- Monitor Quality: Watch speed, temperature, and pressure; catch and report any bad product.
- Clean and Transparent: Wash and sanitize machine parts between different product batches to stop mixing of drugs.
- Keep Records: Write down numbers, times, and material lots in official batch logs.
