About the Role :

The candidate will be responsible for creating precise BIM Models from point cloud scans, ensuring coordination between architectural and structural systems, and maintaining high-quality standards across deliverable. This position requires deep technical expertise in BIM tools and a keep eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Import, register and process point cloud data (LiDAR, Laser scans or photogrammetry) for modelling in Revit or other BIM Platforms.

2. Develop architectural and structural BIM Models with LOD 300-500 based on as-built scan data.

3. Ensure accuracy and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

4. Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deliverables and deadlines.

5. Review and verify model quality, accuracy, and adherence to BIM standards.

6. Generate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM Models.

7. Support in preparing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and workflow.

8.



Conduct QA/QC checks and maintain documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, r related Field.

2. 3-7 years of experience in BIM Modelling, with at least 2+ years in Scan to BIM projects.

3. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture & Structure), Navisworks and ReCap (or Similar point cloud tools).

4. Robust understanding of architecturaldetailing and structural systems.

5. Ability to interpret and model accurately from point clouds and 2D drawings.

6. Knowledge of BIM standards (LOD, COBie, ISO 19650) preferred.

7. Strong sttention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

8. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹19,315.16 - ₹60,216.75 per month
