- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and root causes of defects, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall product reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation of audit findings, reports, and action plans.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Robust understanding of in-process quality control processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in conducting 8D analyses and implementing corrective actions.
