Job Description
We are seeking an
Analyst – Flex Scheduling
to configure, support, and enhance Production Scheduling and HR systems. The role will primarily focus on
plant shift scheduling, Time & Attendance, HR processes, integrations, and production support
.

The ideal candidate will have solid functional expertise in scheduling applications, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Support global HR systems, processes, data, and technology initiatives, with a primary focus on plant shift scheduling.
- Perform day-to-day operational support and ensure system health, stability, and sustainability.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support scheduling solutions, integrations, and related HR applications.




- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze business pain points, identify process improvements, and recommend technology solutions.
- Support projects through discovery, planning, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Develop test scenarios/scripts, execute testing, support UAT, and ensure solution quality.
- Analyze data, processes, and system configurations to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Work with internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Communicate system and process changes effectively to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Stay informed about emerging HR technology and scheduling solutions and recommend opportunities for improvement.
