1. Executive – Accounts & Bookkeeping

Experience: 2–3 Years

About the Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping numbers accurate and businesses compliant. You'll manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring timely reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and daily bookkeeping.
- Generate invoices and follow up on receivables.
- Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory working papers.
- Coordinate with CA for compliance and audits.
- Maintain expense records and financial documentation.
- Support monthly MIS and financial reporting.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Experience with Tally (Prime), Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Positive command of Excel.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred




- Experience working with advertising, media, or service-based companies.
