Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our recruitment business by acquiring new corporate clients and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies with recruitment and staffing requirements.
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references, and networking.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Directors, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and present recruitment service proposals and commercial terms.
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and payment terms with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings,



proposals, and closures.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely candidate delivery.
- Identify opportunities for bulk hiring, permanent recruitment, and staffing contracts.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and recruitment business development.
- Good understanding of HR/recruitment services.
- Ability to communicate with senior-level corporate decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in recruitment agency sales, staffing, manpower consultancy, HR services, or B2B corporate sales will be preferred.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + attractive incentives, depending on experience and performan
