Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate shifts to optimize manpower utilization and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during shift planning, manpower handling, and production management.
- Conduct OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) analysis to identify areas for improvement in injection moulding operations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and meet quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field.
- Diploma or BE degree in relevant specialization (e.g., Plastic Engineering).
- Solid understanding of plastic injection molding processes, including mold design, material selection, and tool maintenance.
