Are you good at communication, counselling and convincing students?

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Career & Admission Counsellors to join our growing team and work from home from anywhere in India.

Job Role
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities in HVAC and Technical Skill Development Programmes.
- Call and follow up with interested student leads provided by the company.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals and requirements.
- Explain GHTI courses, training, industrial exposure and career opportunities.
- Regular follow-up through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert eligible and interested students into admissions.
- Maintain proper records and update lead status regularly.

Salary & Incentive

We offer versatile engagement models based on experience and performance:

Option 1: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentive

Option 2: Commission / Incentive Based

Option 3: Hybrid Model – Fixed Support + Performance-Based Incentive

Final salary, incentive and commission structure will be decided based on experience, performance and interview assessment.

Basic Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
