Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Partnerships & Channel Manager
with a robust understanding of the Indian B2B market and a proven track record of building and scaling partnerships.

You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with strategic B2B partners who can contribute to Intervue.io's revenue and market expansion. This role requires someone who can operate across the
entire partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and partner acquisition to enablement, joint GTM initiatives, pipeline generation, and revenue closure.

The ideal candidate should be highly relationship-driven, commercially oriented, comfortable with senior stakeholders,



and willing to spend significant time meeting partners and clients across locations.

Responsibilites:
- Identify and develop strategic
B2B partnerships and channel opportunities
across the Indian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRTech, HRMS, ATS, recruitment, consulting, staffing, and other relevant B2B ecosystem partners.
- Own the
end-to-end partner lifecycle
, including prospecting, outreach, onboarding, enablement, activation, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute joint
GTM, referral, reseller, integration, and co-selling opportunities
with partners.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes.
- Build partner pipelines and consistently track partner-sourced leads, opportunities, conversions, and revenue.
