Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Acumen
- This includes strategic thinking, commercial excellence with P&L; management, deep industry expertise in PV, CV, FT, OHV segments
- Develop and execute national sales plans and market expansion initiatives.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead nationwide sales operations.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs & Tier 1s.
- Solution selling expertise, exceptional relationship-building skills at C-suite level, high energy and results orientation and executive presence for complex technical value proposition articulation
- Drive demand generation and enhance market penetration.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active market engagement.
Team & Organizational Development
- Build and lead a high-performing team.
- Foster a cooperative, customer-focused, and performance-driven culture.
- Mentor teams across regions and functions to achieve business objectives.
Customer & Market Management
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer experience.

Financial & Commercial Management
