- Design and develop electromagnetic brakes and mechanical components as per customer/OEM requirements.
- Prepare and modify 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Develop component drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs and specifications.
- Work closely with production, quality and purchase teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
- Support Recent Product Development (NPD) from concept to prototype and production.
- Study customer drawings and requirements and develop suitable designs.
- Make design modifications based on testing, customer feedback and production requirements.
- Select suitable materials, dimensions, tolerances and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain proper revision control and engineering documentation.
- Assist in prototype development,



testing and design validation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for development of new components where required.
- Identify opportunities for design improvement, cost reduction and product standardisation.
- Maintain technical records, drawings, BOMs and other product-related documentation.
- Support the Quality team in preparing documents related to PPAP, inspection standards, control plans and product specifications wherever required.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable customer and internal quality requirements.

Pay: ₹11,400.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
