Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Plan, organize, and execute events such as webinars, workshops, and meetups to foster a sense of community among members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that resonates with the target audience and drives conversions.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the success of community initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in Community Management or related field (e.g. Brand Marketing).
- Proven track record of planning successful events that drive engagement and conversion.
- Strong understanding of online communities, including their dynamics and best practices for moderation.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with customers.
