Role: SAP Finance Support consultant SAP CO (Controlling) - Product Costing

Desired Experience : 7.5-9 years

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2/L3 support for SAP Finance (FI/CO) modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Monitor interfaces, batch jobs, and month-end/year-end financial processes.
- Manage service requests, enhancements, and change requests.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support period-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for ABAP developments, enhancements, and interface issues.
- Create functional specifications and testing documents.
- Conduct system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and support governance processes.
