Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Belgaum. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with flight, hotel,



holiday package, and transportation bookings. Day-to-day tasks include providing information on travel options, confirming reservations, updating customer details, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner. The role also involves maintaining call records, following up with customers on pending inquiries, promoting relevant offers, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Telecaller is expected to uphold high standards of customer service and represent Pace Travels positively in every interaction.
