About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive with around 1 year of experience to support our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to work effectively with employees and different teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, LOP, and overtime data.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and coordinate with the Finance team for salary inputs.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.




- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR matters.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building activities, and internal events.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR trackers and prepare basic HR MIS reports related to recruitment, headcount, attendance, and attrition.
- Support performance review and employee confirmation processes.
- Handle exit formalities, exit interviews, and coordinate for full & final settlement.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, insurance, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
