Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.

Configure and support POS systems and store IT infrastructure.
Manage desktops, laptops, printers, and user requests through ticketing systems.
Perform system administration, server maintenance, updates, patching, and health checks.
Ensure smooth LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi performance, and network troubleshooting.
Maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and firewall solutions.
Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, and vendor coordination for procurement, AMC, and issue resolution.
Support store internet connectivity and day-to-day IT operations across retail locations.

What We're Looking For:
35 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Management.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft operating systems.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support both corporate and retail teams.
