Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate modular furniture cutlists based on approved designs and drawings.
- Prepare detailed cutting dimensions for cabinets, shutters, drawers, shelves, panels, and other modular components.
- Check measurements, material thickness, edge banding, hardware requirements, and joinery details.
- Prepare cutlists as per company standards and production requirements.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Site Supervisors, Production, and Procurement teams.
- Verify site measurements and ensure they match approved drawings before preparing the final cutlist.
- Identify design or measurement discrepancies and clarify them before production.
- Optimize cutting plans to reduce material wastage and production cost.
- Prepare material and hardware requirements along with the cutlist.
- Ensure all revisions are updated correctly before releasing the final cutlist.
- Maintain proper records of approved drawings, revisions, cutlists, and production documents.




- Support the production team with technical clarification whenever required.
- Follow PWD design, quality, and documentation standards.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV units, vanities, storage units, and other modular furniture.
- Strong understanding of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, acrylic, veneer, edge banding, and hardware.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and modular layouts.
- Strong knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and furniture construction.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of cutting optimization and material wastage control will be an advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,341.34 - ₹30,340.12 per month
