Location :Bangalore (WFO)

Looking for candidate with the below knowledge:
- Tool Administration: Managed and configured Logic Monitor to ensure full monitoring coverage across enterprise IT infrastructure and applications.
- Incident Management: Performed proactive monitoring, validated false positives, and owned tickets from triage to resolution using SOPs and ITSM tools.
- Configuration & Onboarding: Onboarded new Configuration Items (CIs) to maintain LogicMonitor as the single source of truth for alerts and onboarding the devices to Logic Monitor.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinated with ISP vendors and 3rd-party OEMs while managing smooth ticket escalations to L2/L3 teams.
- Technical Skills: Utilized basic to Intermediate in Networking, Active Directory, Shell Scripting, Routing & Switching and Power BI to optimize monitoring workflows and dashboards
