About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead business development and liaisoning activities with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and institutional clients. The role requires extensive experience in B2G sales, government procurement, relationship management, and tender execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Central & State Government departments, PSUs, municipal corporations, and institutional customers.
- Drive institutional sales by promoting the company's chemical and manufacturing product portfolio.
- Manage the complete GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tender lifecycle, including registration, bid preparation, documentation, submission, compliance, and post-award follow-up.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, procurement authorities, consultants, and institutional decision-makers.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies to facilitate business approvals and project execution.
- Monitor upcoming government tenders, procurement opportunities, and policy developments relevant to the business.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Commercial, Finance, and Operations) for timely execution of government orders.
- Represent the company at government meetings, industry associations, exhibitions, and trade fairs to strengthen institutional presence.
- Achieve assigned business development, revenue, and institutional sales targets while ensuring long-term client retention.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 20+ years of experience in Government Liaisoning, B2G Sales, Institutional Marketing, or Business Development.
