General Manager (Operations) / Vice President (Operations)

We are looking for an experienced operations leader to manage end-to-end operations of an integrated sugar complex covering Sugar Manufacturing, Bagasse-based Co-generation, Distillery and Ethanol operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall plant operations, productivity, recovery and process optimization.
- Drive co-generation efficiency, distillery/ethanol yields and cost optimization.
- Ensure food safety, FSSAI, HACCP, GMP/GHP and statutory compliance.
- Lead maintenance, asset reliability and plant availability.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, cost control and operational excellence.
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Sugar Technology. ANSI/AVSI preferred.

Ideal Candidate: 20+ years of robust experience in Sugar Industry Operations, with significant exposure to Co-generation and Distillery/Ethanol operations.
