HR Manager Food Retail / QSR / Hospitality

Qualification: MBA / PGDM – HR preferred
Industry Preference: Food Retail, QSR, Restaurants, Hospitality, FMCG, Bakery, Manufacturing or Multi-location Retail

Experience Parameters

The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 6 years of overall HR experience
- At least 2–3 years in an HR Manager / Assistant Manager role
- Experience handling 200+ employees preferred
- Experience managing multi-location workforce
- Robust exposure to frontline / blue-collar / retail manpower
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, compliance, employee relations and performance management
- Experience handling PF, ESI, POSH and labour compliance
- Experience with HRMS, biometric attendance and HR MIS
- Strong knowledge of Excel and manpower analytics
- Exposure to outlet / factory / production workforce will be an advantage

- End-to-end recruitment for retail, production and corporate roles
- Employee onboarding, documentation and HRMS management
- Attendance, leave, shift roster and overtime control
- Payroll input verification and salary coordination
- Employee relations, grievances and disciplinary management
- Performance appraisal and KPI implementation
- Training and development
- Employee engagement and retention
- HR policy and SOP implementation
- Labour law and statutory compliance
- HR audits across outlets and production locations
- Attrition and absenteeism control
- Exit management and full-and-final coordination
- Monthly HR MIS and management reporting
