Role Overview:
Healync Private Health is seeking a proactive Healthcare Case Manager to manage end-to-end healthcare coordination for clients. The role requires strong patient advocacy, seamless medical coordination, and high-touch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact and patient advocate for assigned clients
- Work closely with leading business leaders across India and coordinate care with globally renowned international healthcare institutions
- Coordinate appointments, admissions, procedures, and follow-ups
- Liaise with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, TPAs, and international institutions
- Manage insurance pre-authorizations, claims, and billing coordination
- Handle all health-related coordination to ensure smooth and timely care
- Escalate critical cases with urgency and discretion
Requirements:
- Must be a doctor/BDS
- 3+ years’ experience in hospital operations / patient coordination / TPA / healthcare management
- Strong understanding of hospital and insurance workflows
- Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-profile clients with professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related fieldCompetitive salary. High ownership role. Immediate joining preferred.
