· Receipt of BOM documents from Project/Production dept. Purchase requirements acknowldegements and approvals and preparing of Purchase orders and getting approvals. Preperation of Internal plan with discussion with internal team.

· Submitting the supply plan - Project wise and getting approval of the same with production team and project team

· Identification of vendors for the product supply. Classification of supplier for all products within minimum of 3 options.

· Supplying of requested materials to all departments at right time at right cost and quality. Importing of technology based products

· Storing of minimum qty of standard parts and maximum qty of items in stores, Identification of new procuring resources

· Relationship management with all suppliers and vendors and providing them better solutions in supplying their products. Satisfied payment plannings to all supplier and vendors. Valuable Negotiations and Proper service and support management for all supplied products

· Taking personal responsibility of individual items purchased and given to the company.



Personal care on spendings of the company on purchase requirements.

· Under going inspection of all purchased items personally and taking care of entire purchase to procurement

· GENERAL

· Attending PRE-DAP and PRE-Design Review meetings, suggestions and comments giving. Mainly attending all Kick off meetings

· Regular 10 MIN. morning meeting and planning of next day works at exit of day. TODAY WORK plan illustrating to team

· Weekly Inter department meeting attending / organizing / planning

· Weekly report sending to M.D and Projects - of project information. Controlling the Project to the Alloted Project Cost

· Employee performance validation and management on Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.

· Yearly apparaisal documents preperations, ISO auditing and documentations

· New systems implementation, auditing and Horizontal deployment of systems

· Self appraisal documentation. Man power require
