Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day commercial and sales administration activities.
- Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and other commercial documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements, orders, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up with customers for purchase orders, payment-related documents, and other required information.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, quotations, invoices, dispatches, and pending orders.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to the concerned departments.
- Prepare commercial reports, MIS reports, sales summaries, and pending order reports.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding invoices, outstanding payments, credit notes, and customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing price comparisons, commercial proposals, and cost-related documents.




- Ensure timely submission of required documents to customers.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of commercial records.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, invoices, deliveries, and commercial documentation.
- Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the concerned teams when required.
- Support the Commercial/Sales Manager in daily administrative and coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7-12 years of experience in Commercial Coordination, Sales Coordination, Order Processing, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing/chemical industry will be an added advantage.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is preferred.
