- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Expert in handling company’s own ecommerce website.
- Good exposer in D2C, Promotion and Inventory support.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department,
new product sell-through and offer code performance.
- Have solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks, creative and strategic thinker with a robust customer orientation.
- Establishing the brand in the market as a destination of choice for the target audience by targeting different e-com portals as selling platform.
- Identifying new customer/market opportunities that fit within the brand value proposition.
- Developing the annual marketing budget required for the business along with measurable outcomes to project and measure return on investment.
